Episode 1: Bemular

Starting off this UltraBestiary is the space monster known as Bemular.

After crash landing on Earth on his way to some inter-dimensional space prison, Bemular escapes from his containment orb, and begins to wreak havoc on a group of beach side Japanese Bohemians! He rears his reptilian head from the water a couple of times, only to be sent back under by the laser guns of the Science Patrol.

Even though Bemular appears content in chilling beneath the waves, the Science Patrol apparently hasn't had enough and sends a submarine after him. He takes a few underwater missiles to the back, showing that his thorny hide must grant him a substantial amount of invulnerability. Later in the episode, we get to see Bemular's true coup de gras monster power... his energy beam breath!

Regrettably, it only takes a few wrestling moves from Ultraman to bring him down.
